Description

SCP3 fused european converter plug

An adaptor that turns a european 2-pin 'round' earthed schuko plug into a fitted UK 13 amp plug. Fused at 13A.

The european 2-pin schuko plug fits securely into position and the casing is then clipped shut and the screw tightened.

A neat product that allows an electrical item with a european 2-pin schuko plug to be used safely in a UK BS1363 13 amp socket.

A note should made: The European schuko Plug IS a 3 Pin Plug! Live and Neutral Pins AND TWO "Side Strips" (Connected Together) as The EARTH! This is a "Class I" Electrical Connection: i.e. The Earth MUST be Connected. Schuko Plugs are used on Kettles, Toasters, Washing Machines e.t.c. Equipment that MUST be Connected to EARTH! This Adaptor does this !:o)
